This special edition of the Delta Connection is to honor those Delta staff members who are being honored for 5 years, 15 years and 25 years of service with Delta! CONGRATULATIONS! We really appreciate your hard work and dedication to Delta and look forward to you being with us for many more years to come.
When Mike Iovino started Delta back on October 1, 1991, he wanted to create a business that he could be proud of and that the people who worked with him would enjoy being a part of. Over the years, we have seen Delta go through many changes. Some changes were great and some were challenging, to say the least. But through those changes, we have become the “boutique recruiting and staffing company” that we are today. We look forward to the future and continuing to learn and grow together as a company.
In today’s newsletter, we are recognizing several “honorees” who have been along for quite a bit of the 25 year ride of Delta.
Here is a little bit about each of the 5, 15, and 25 year honorees!
Nora “Maritza” Tozzi- Maritza joined Delta on September 6, 2011 and celebrated her 5th anniversary with Delta last September. She has been a part of the REXUS Help Desk team during her five years of service and has been involved with providing support for the REXUS GSA project. Maritza has a great work ethic and continues to provide high quality support to our client. We thank you for you for a super job and appreciate all of your support.
Tony Ciucci joined Delta on March 11, 2002 at part of the Internal IT staff. He is celebrating his 15th anniversary at Delta. Over the past 15 years, Tony has been involved in providing support to all of the Delta staff. Whether it be connecting us to our laptops, or fixing our printers, or keeping the enormous amount of servers maintained and running, we all can rely on Tony to provide us with the necessary support to keep us going! He never knows when the next “emergency” will hit someone, but he is

always there, ready to provide the support that he has done so well the past 15 years. Thank you, Tony, for always going above and beyond for Delta. Congratulations
On June 1, 2001, with the acquisition of the STAR project from CTI, Delta gained many talented new employees. Out of the original staff who came on board with Delta back then, today, there are four still with Delta who celebrated their 15th Anniversary on June 1, 2016.
Those fabulous four are:
Susan Arnone, Steve Pronko, Janet Reres, and Debra Wells.
The “fabulous four” all have been providing continuous high quality support to Delta’s client starting with the STAR projects and now the REXUS projects. Delta’s acquisition started back in 2001, in the Piscataway office, and what a crazy time that was. During the 15 years that the “fabulous four” have been working with Delta, the projects have gone through many changes. We really appreciate the dedication and enthusiasm and support these four have continuously provided to Delta. Our contracts with REXUS continues over the next few years, and we look forward to having the “fabulous four” continuing with us on this journey.
Thank you all so very much for the loyalty and dedication you have displayed both to Delta and our client.
Mike Iovino and Sherry Silinger celebrated their 25th anniversary with Delta on October 1, 2016. For both of them, the journey has been similar to raising a child. The first years’ were the infant stages, where we learned how to be in business and learned to walk and talk. Then we went to the toddler stages and we learned to run. Before we knew it, we were pre teens, growing beyond our wildest dreams and taking on new challenges that we never knew existed. In our teenage years, we had a few setbacks but they made us stronger and wiser. During our young adult years, we found out so much about “people” and continued to believe, Being Nice Matters. And now in our “adult years”, we have taken all that we learned previously; and have applied it.
As we continue to grow “older” we keep learning so that we can be competitive in today’s marketplace. But we could not have done it without all of YOU! So congratulations to all of the honorees and thank you for your loyalty, dedication and hard work on behalf of Delta.
